Shipping policy
Shipping policy:
•Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is authorized and verified.
•All orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or holidays will be processed the following business day.
•To receive your package after it's processed:
- For Puerto Rico orders: allow 2-4 business days.
- For USA orders: allow 4-6 business days.
***We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages during transit due to the postal service***

We reserve the right to cancel any order, please make sure your address is correct before placing any order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
- After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed and has been shipped out. However, if the requested address change is due to a mistyped postal address you may contact us at flordelirio.pr@gmail.com with your name, order number and corrected address.
Can I cancel my order?
- Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. Make sure you check your order before confirming it.
